I’ve nothing now but the guilt, dragging me under its violent waves –
Like tsunamis; submerging the scrawny man and his tiny heart;
Trying to dissuade and evade our problems -
But all of this was never worth the price we paid -
Even now, I believe I owe you a handful of change;
There’s no danger here, I pinkie promise.
Just look at the heart on my pinkie -
It's no coincidence I'm thinking and inking of you constantly -
It has proven costly to scar the black into this abyss -
I don’t see why I’m so miserable if ignorance is bliss.
I guess I never thought it would end like this -
No one ever thinks these things could end at all -
